Enigmatic producer WZA unveils his masterfully crafted new EP Bring That Back, out 24th November on DJ EZ’s Nuvolve label.

Shrouded in mystery, the producer shows off his talent for instant hooks and meticulous productions all across Bring That Back. EP opener and title track ‘Bring That Back’ builds on an irrepressible garage groove with brooding synths, bouncing bass, and ingenious vocal hooks. ‘Day & Night’ ups the tempo and spaces out the mix before breaking out in an exhilarating blend of bouncing keys and pitched-up vocals. ‘Fascinated’ presents a raw and industrial sound, carving a tight jam out of rasping percussion, before ‘Let It Go’ wraps up proceedings on an uplifting note with life-affirming handclaps and soaring synths.

Red-hot up-and-comer WZA is an enigma in the UKG scene, building a rising reputation purely on the head-turning quality of his music. Little is known about the artist, other than that he has a knack for crafting killer garage tunes with unerring consistency.

Bring That Back is yet another classy release from WZA, via DJ EZ's Nuvolve label, following the likes of ‘All That I Need’, ‘Like This’ and ‘The Secret’ released previously on the same imprint. Flying the flag for the constant evolution of the Garage genre, Nuvolve shines a light on future sounds and emerging artists whilst never forgetting its roots. A roster where legends like Todd Edwards and Sweet Female Attitude rub shoulders with white-hot risers like MPH and WZA, pays testament to the label’s unique position of showcasing the brightest and best artists of the future alongside those of the past.
